Terms and Conditions

1. Orders placed online, are non refundable, in the event of cancellation we will refund you 50% only plus postage (if paid)

2. In the event of cancellation, please let us know at your earliest convienience. Otherwise if the order is processing or completed, we will not refund the order, we will send the order out.

3. If you order online, please check our delivery times, orders WILL NOT be refunded because you need the item sooner, we will supply the item as per your online order with us. When you place your order, we order the stock, so refunds are not an option unless you decide to cancel the order, in which event you will be refunded only 50% as item 2 above.

4. All stationery is handmade, so may vary from the photographs on the site. Each item may differ slightly.

5. Certain items of stock (Handmade paper, Card) may vary in colour, so please be sure to order all your items together, this way we will order in a batch that matches. We cannot guarantee that future orders will be exactly the same colours.

6. Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on any delivery documentation that may come with your order, it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours.

7. All items produced for you will have the website name (www.sophiescottage.co.uk) on the back of your item, this is in small print, it is for product branding and copyright reasons.

8. In the unlikely event your items are faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving them. We will endeavour to put the items right, and send out new items within 48 hours.
